Anyone ever coiled the racks of ribs?

Just curious about results.

Nope that is a new one on me, but I did find a few videos on the internet. Looks like you can put them on the round Weber grill this way. Should be interesting to see how they turn out!

I’ve heard of doing something like that in a pressure cooker with liquid smoke whe you have more crave than time.

That looks like a way to fit more ribs at a time in my #2.
Eric in New York's Hudson Valley, unless I can get out to Durango.
SI #1 in Durango, #2 in NY, and thinking about a 3D.
