Hi,

I've had a Big Chief for years and love the salmon I make in it.
Probably getting the #3. Looking forward to doing chicken, ribs, boerewors (South African farmers sausage) and trying some brisket and pork.

Hi Craig and welcome!  The #3 is actually the smoker I'd like to have instead of the 3DW.  It should treat you well.

Welcome. I love my #3 for the simplicity and great food it helps me make. I don't miss the digital controls either.
