Chinatown Ribs

Asian style ribs tonight. BBQ sauce is Hunan sauce, sesame oil, honey and Sriracha. Smoked in my 2D. Came out great.

Rick, at 11:00am I set the smoker for 230 degrees, put ribs in the smoker and then turned it on. I took them out at 4:30pm.

Interesting. How many racks? I used 2 large racks and smoked for 5 hours at 225 and it was slightly overdone.
