« on: August 02, 2015, 07:13:33 AM »
Yard work done,  Fridge full of beer and no honey do'so from the wife equals a perfect day to smoke some ribs. Got em seasoned up and ready to go. Will post finished product later today.  Have a great Sunday!

Looking good!  Beer seems to be the main hazard with the SI's! LOL

Ribs look great, Tim!  Great pull back on the bones  - good enough for the magazine! 8)   Trust the wife, when you have a bit "much;" if she's happy, they're good! ;)

Great job, Tim!  Yes, the SI makes it way too easy to sit back with the beer!  But in the end, it's all good ;D

Tim,

The ribs look excellent. I am smoking two racks of baby backs tonight for dinner!
