I was curious if anyone has tried to smoke Pizza Rolls or Pizza Logs in their SI? If so, what temp/wood/time did you use? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Cole - Sure I can help out with what they are.
Pizza Rolls are little pillows filled with pizza sauce, cheese, etc. typically made by Totinos or your local grocer brand. https://www.wideopeneats.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/pizza-rolls.png
Pizza logs are just larger versions. My best description would be like Chinese restaurant egg rolls but filled with pizza ingredients. https://www.pizzalogs.com/application/themes/originalpizzalogs/img/adhoc-bg.png

Ahh, gotcha. The totinos things are a late night guilty pleasure. I've never seen the logs but like the sound of those as well. Thanks!
