Very happy to be part of the Smokin-It family! First learned about this great product from a friend who swore by it and the more research I did, I understood why. Just purchased a #2 Digital Wi-Fi with stand and finished assembly yesterday…later today I’ll connect to Wi-Fi and I’m looking forward to my first brisket. Have browsed this great forum and have learned a lot! Look forward to ‘meeting’ everyone and learning more…

Welcome from Washington. Go easy on the wood first couple of smokes, you'll be getting more smoke than expected with these smokers.
