Weekly I make homemade pizza, tonight Buffalo Sausage, Mushroom, Bacon Pizza.

Tasted great and we have enough for a lunch!

Came across your pizza post. Thinking of buying my first smoker. Pizza, who knew. How did you get crust to brown in low smoker temps? Recipe?

Ooni has some pretty cool pizza ovens, not terribly priced as well. THere is one model that has caught my eye that uses wood. Some are gas and a few are pellet style heat sources.

The grand puba would be building a pizza oven :) would love to do that!
