Game day snack
« on: October 05, 2015, 04:59:30 PM »
I had a bag of frozen buffalo wings in the freezer so I thought I'd try smoking them.  I put them in frozen at 300 degrees until they were crispy.  Not a lot of smoke flavor being that they are already cooked but enough to make them better than just out of the bag in the oven or on the grill.

Hey Dave, the wings look good, but how did you get the crispy in the smoker?

Tony, if running the smoker hot doesn't get them crispy enough for you, try throwing them on a hot grill to finish the skin.
