Title: Hi from Denver area

Good evening. Picked up a used Model 2 Digital Wifi. Looking forward to jumping into the world of electric smokers. First one, mostly because I'm living in a condo now, and charcoal smokers are a no-go. More used to charcoal and TX offset, but the programming on the electric sounds nice, and looking to try some more low temp items like salmon and beef sticks, etc. Happy to learn from the more experienced here
