I'll be the first to admit, I obsessed over developing this process. Lots of work (and eating trial BBQ
) went into getting it right.
But the beauty of it all is that it truely is Lazy-Q.
Aside from the watching on this pilot run, it was set it and forget it.
The program is saved on the Auber.
I load the wood, load the butt, flip a switch on the Auber and go away.
The only additional work is soaking some wood chips in water.
Can't do that with a stick burner.
