Wow, what a difference. THe Smokinlicious wood didnt ignite or burn to ash like the cheap wood. They were nice chunks of charcoal when the cook was done. I did foil half the bottom of the smoker tray and put in the chip guard, but alot of the credit goes to the wood.
I just got a box of the Bourbon/Merlot wood from Fruita-wood. Cant wait to try that on a pork loin Sunday!
