first smoke in the #2

3 racks spares and apan of beans in the #2. Its blizzard conditions today so a good day to sit home and watch the smoker. Hope to get some pictures up soon. I always wrap my ribs but today I am going 5 hours 225 like a lot of have done will post when they come out.

Good day for a smoke, Jim!  It'll probably take longer than 5 hrs, especially if you have beans in there too.  I'd start checking after 5 hours, and then add 15-20 min at a time until the next check until done.  I might even bump the temp up a bit (235) due to the cold.  Just a suggestion based on my experiences.
