Hey Everyone, Found this video on trimming spare ribs into St. Louis style ribs. Looks pretty easy and straight forward. Hope you enjoy some St. Louis ribs.

Hey Dale, use a very sharp knife and is very easy. That is what I did in the #3 that past weekend. I really enjoy them better than BB ribs. JMHO.
