Title: Reheating ribs
Post by: will615 on October 26, 2020, 11:36:18 AM
Advice please. I've been asked to cook and bring ribs to a weekend getaway. I need to cook them Thursday for Friday night's dinner. Please advise on best way to cool them down and reheat them. Thanks!

I like using the Anova Sous Vie method.

+1 on using sous vide for reheating. I always smoke a few extra racks then vacuum pack and freeze them. Reheat from frozen using my Anova-which I am very happy with-for a quick, easy and delicious dinner. This technique also works well for pulled pork.
