My grilling and smoking set up

Hey to my "Smokin-It" friends! I've had my 3D a few weeks and have tried baby back ribs, chicken and a turkey. Everything has been good but still a little room for improvement. I was lucky that the 3D fit right in beside the Phoenix gas grill, I did have to put a smaller grease bucket on the grill though. We can grill and now smoke in any weather.

A really nice setup. I am thinking that the hood/fan probably cost as much as the smoker and grill! Anything for smoking and grilling.

Thanks guys. Been using it for 17 years, but why did it take me so long for me to find the right smoker!

Nice setup! Did the ins, co. make you put a ansul system because of open flame inside your house/ garage ?

No, I don't have an Ansul system. The only flame on a Phoenix Grill is under the stainless drip tray and is not visible except through a small observation peep hole on the front of the grill.
