So how old is your Model 2?
« on: February 05, 2024, 10:26:35 PM »
Seems like just yesterday Steve was giving me advice on which one to get.  It?s been rolling since 2013.  Just added a PID.  I?ve cheated on her a few times, well more than a few - chasing that perfect smoke ring, but she continues to put out some great BBQ, over a decade later, with minimal effort and a wood chunk or two.

Smoke on!

Just ignore me.  I'm 73 and had a senior moment.

Ha, well it has been a while and for some reason on my phone I?m getting question marks instead or periods. Well random question marks anyway.

Nice!  Just did the bypass on mine today for more flexibility with the new PID.
