Waiting on #3, few questions on the auber upgrade
« on: May 09, 2021, 06:09:34 PM »
Long time lurker, first time poster.

Finally broke down and purchased a #2, but thankfully came to my senses and changed it to a #3 analog with intentions of adding the auber upgraded control for cheeses and sausages.

Found a one video on YouTube showing a wall install on a #2, but the video shows the install using a 3/4 spacer.  Any suggestions for the spacer?

Excited about receiving the unit

See if the info here helps.  If not, search for Auber bypass;

I bought my #3 with the intention of adding a PID at a later date. 2 years later, don't feel the need to do so now. I'm very satisfied with the analog control.
