Hello all,

I've been lurking :o this forum for a couple of months now.

First I'd like to say thank you ;) to everyone who has posted recipes and ideas...I've tried to read them all, and it has helped my experiments...not that hard to figure out.

At some point, I hope to add some pics and ideas to help the community ;D!

Welcome, Dave!  Are you stalking us?  lol!  Glad you're on board!  We don't have all the answers, but we sure love finding them out as a group!

Looking forward to getting some good Cali Q recipes!  I can create a Cali section in the Regional BBQ section if you want to post some in there!  Nothing like tri-tips on oak!
