Hey Everyone,
My name is Eric and I hail from Northern KY (just south of Cincinnati) and am the proud owner of a new #1. I used it the first time this past weekend and made a small pork shoulder which turned on great. I am stoked to be able to smoke my own pork shoulder, ribs, and brisket.

Glad to have you at the party, Eric! You around Florence or Walton? I spent time in that area in a past life...beautiful country! I, too, have a #1. While limited on size, I seem to think our little giant is more efficient than the bigger ones. Just a thought, as my cook times for pork butts and large cuts are almost always shorter than those with 2s and 3s.
