Auber Max Temperature?
« on: July 15, 2023, 08:36:15 PM »
Hey All,

I just installed an Auber and tuned it. Everything is working great thanks to this forum.

My only question is how hot can I get my smoker now? I am not trying to broil something at 500 degrees, but being able to cook chicken at 300 or 350 degrees would be nice.

Thank you,
Tim from Portland, OR

Tim,
If you use the search feature, look for auber posts going back 3 - 5 years.  There were a couple of folks that ran their smokers 300-325.    I cannot recall if there were any shortfalls or not.

The manual that came with my 3D 7yrs ago says 375 max. I've ran it at 300 many times, but can't remember if I've taken it over 325 which I've done a few times for chicken.
