What Auber do I Want

I have a SmokinIt #3 and after 4years have decided to get an Auber controller. Would like to hear recommendations.

John - Welcome to the forum. Per the Auberins site and descriptions, the 1500 or the 1501 should do it for you, depending upon budget and features.  Just double check the specs on the Auberins site.

Thanks, ordered one. Saw in another post that you did not recommend auto tune for a 3d. Since mine is only a #3, should I or do I need to auto tune?

John6 - I know this is an old thread but how did the controller work out for you?  Do you set the #3 to max, plug into the controller and off you go?  which model did you go with?
