Lamb Ribs?
« on: December 10, 2015, 12:24:22 AM »
Sooooo...Had one my coworkers come to me with an offer of "lamb ribs". Not ever having cooked lamb, let alone smoked ribs of this particular animal, I am unsure how to proceed. I am thinking olive oil, and a basic rub of salt, rosemary, garlic, and a pinch of pepper.
Any suggestions for temp/time? Maybe lower than normal at 200 for about 4 hours?

You never reported on your lamb ribs?  How were they?  After watching an episode of Project Smoke on TV showing how to smoke lamb ribs, I'm very interested.
