My first smoke #1

So glad it all came out good.........1st smoke 13 hours run it up to 200 IT, pork butt.......
net time 190 IT.... looking forward to a Brisket next........with all the great advice here I cant go wrong!

Congrats, and welcome!  It's nice to get that first smoke done!

If you'd like, a first name and town in your signature line is a nice touch - lets us know who the new member of the family is!  Who knows. we might be neighbors!
