Late introduction
« on: September 27, 2014, 09:29:15 AM »
Howdy Y'all,
This intro is a bit tardy since I posted in the Fowl section about a month ago.

I am the proud owner of a #2 on a stand with an Auber. (I have not yet made the mod to bypass or permanantly install the Auber.)

I have not smoked meet too often but certainly like to eat it.

By way of where I am from... Grew up in the city of Chicago (Far north side), Spent summers in northern WI (near hayward) and somehow made my way out to the Boston Area.

By way of cooking experience,
I have roasted whole pigs and whole deer (probably 3 of each)

My proudest smoking experience so far was about 1 week ago smoking 100lbs of chicken and pork butt for my niece's wedding. (I had to step out on the #2)

regards,

nik
