Title: Ending temperature

What temp do I set my Auber to have my finished prime rib at a temp of 130?  How long will my smokn it #2 hold the meat at 130?  We are newbies at this.

Here's a prime rib I did last Christmas - hope it helps.  You will set your Auber to finish at 130, if that's your desired internal temp.
