I don’t know if I’ve ever read about someone doing that here. But I’ve always wanted to have a pig roast with a pit. Are you planning on the Smokin-it as the smoker, or another way?

Plan on doing one in my SI  I have the 4D WiFi. The suckling pig will fit perfect on the racks. I will keep you posted.
