Heat Gun Sous Vide
« on: January 17, 2020, 10:11:09 PM »
Stumbled across this video and thought I would share for those who are aficionados of sous vide.  Something different than using a propane appliance, or tossing on a grill for a few minutes.

Makes sense, but I already have a searz-all, and I don't have a heat gun.
(Not that I need an excuse to buy a new tool)

Wish I would have seen this before I bought searz-all. Thanks for sharing.

I bought the SEARTEQ | Searing Torch and the Iwatani International CB-TC-PRO 2 Iwatani PRO2 Culinary Butane Torch.
I use the Searteq the most!
