Bob,

2 TBSP of salt is about 12,000 milligrams of sodium.

So if 2 tablespoons of salt is divided by 6 slabs of ribs and say that makes between 18 - 24 servings............I guess that is not too terrible in my book for total sodium.  We are talking about ribs here, not a lettuce salad.  The topic was low salt rub, not NO salt rub.   :)

+1.  I consider this a low-salt rub, and it sounds good!  It's in a pretty good-size batch, and spread out over 6 racks is pretty light salt...to light for my taste, in fact.
