Title: Venison Bacon

Made some venison bacon using ConYeager Venison Bacon Kit. When mixing, I substituted 1 cup of water with 1 cup of maple syrup and then I also added 1/3 cup of maple sugar.  Probably not good for diabetics, but turned out really good with a sweet taste.  Their bologna and hot sticks are very good also.
