Overnight Boston Butt
« on: February 01, 2024, 04:25:25 PM »
Hello All - making my 1st post on the forums.  I picked up my #2 from a local seller recently and have been lurking and learning with the smoker.  I did a 10# butt last night and wanted to share the results that I was very pleased with.  I picked up a $39 ThermoPro Bluetooth thermometer that let me monitor the smoke from my phone which worked out great.  I am really appreciating the capability and dependability of this amazing stainless box!

I should?ve taken pictures of everything else.  We had slaw, baked beans and these very small whole potatoes (red and white) cooked in a butter garlic sauce and banana pudding for dessert.  It was a wonderful meal.
