Smoked Salmon
« on: March 25, 2013, 12:55:19 PM »
Smoked Salmon is a delicious light favorite. Smoked Salmon steaks in-fused with cedar flavor coupled with the delicate thin blue pecan smoke just add to the hearty yet lightly smoked salmon steak flavor. I drizzled the salmon steaks with light extra virgin olive oil and then sprinkled some Italian herbs over top. The salmon was then placed onto fresh chopped rosemary on top of a cedar plank. The Salmon steaks were then smoked at 170 until cooked.

Looks awesome! What type of wood do you prefer to smoke your salmon with?

That really does like something out of a cookbook or magazine.

Awesome job on this one.
