Big ol' batch of wings

I'm tired of the NFL shenanigans but not game day festivities like wings.

Place wings on rack and smoke with 1 .5 oz cherry wood at 250 for an hour. Sweet Baby Ray's wing sauce mixed with honey, toss wings in sauce, place in aluminum pan then back in the smoker for an hour. Take the wings out of the pan and grilled for 3 minutes, flip and grill 3 more minutes to crisp the skin and they're ready to rock.

Yeah I usually have leftovers to take to the guys at work but not this time.  If you decide to make these don't skip the last step throwing them on the grill.  The crispy skin makes all the difference
