Made some tasty ribs wIth some potatoes.  Came out excellent.

Man that looks like a winner John! I bet it tasted better than it looks. Were those baby backs? They look very meaty. Congratulations and happy smokin!

I normally do baby back, but my wife picked up St Louis.  Delicious just the same.  First time I threw potatoes in and they came out good as well.

Try diceing the potatoes up and add to a bowl with some butter, salt, pepper & chopped parsley.
