I made my 1st batch of dough awhile back and it made enough for 4 pizzas.
I ate 1 that night and divided the rest of the dough and tossed it into the fridge. Next nite I pulled a package
out and absolutely couldn't stretch it. It would almost snap back when I let go of it.. WTH? Aha! Let it set on the
counter to warm up for an hour or so and it stretched just fine. You may have tried that and if so never mind, I dunno.
