My brining bucket

Here is my brining bucket, I picked up at a restaurant supply store.  $20 for the bucket and lid.

I am still contemplating the briner jr.  Waiting for Tony's review.

I'll probably go that route for a bigger bucket, Ed, but I really hope the "hold down" feature of the Jr makes it worth the money!  Still waiting....
