Hello,  everyone. I've ordered a 3 analog today -- my first smoker ever -- and I'm eager to begin using it next weekend. One of the reasons I picked Smokin-It was this community and all the good information I've found here.

I have the same smoker with the Bella smoke generator.

Welcome Charlie from SE Arizona. I believe you will find the 3 to be a very accommodating smoker. And do not worry sbout andlog temperature swings. All is well. Enjoy.
