Controller Bypass Switch
« on: January 11, 2015, 09:58:11 AM »
I added an Auber permanent probe and bypassed the controller with a 10A 120v DPDT switch this weekend. Attached are pictures for those interested. The red wire is the bypass, the white wires run to the controller, and the black wires are the power. The blue switch cover is to just make it purdy...  :) Next up is autotune for the Auber.

Thanks for the pictures Bob.

If you could reduce the size of your pictures we could see them a lot better.

Here is a thread that should help:

Red runs right back to the switch. It's the bypass.

I'm with you Gregg. I took these on my iPad. I haven't figured out how to download in a small format yet. Guess I should have used my PC.  ;)
