Have never had a smoker before. But had the best ever
pork roast from a friend with a Smokin-it. And here we are. ;)
Received the 2D - looks beautiful.
Have the smokin-it app.
It’s hooked up to the wi-fi.
In the app, from the pull down menu, Cooking Profile set ‘Step 1’, Smoker temp to 250
Timer to 4 hours
... now what? How does it start?
Also, do you need to put the probe in for the seasoning round?
