Title: Into the seasoning of my new #3 -- A little disappointed!
Post by: wehill on February 16, 2017, 06:50:55 PM: Well this is disappointing. I'm into one hour and 15 minutes of the seasoning.

Everything was in the box. Nothin' missing. A snap getting it unpacked and cleaned up and ready for the seasoning.

It heated up pretty quick and was smoking in the 15 to 20 minute range.

No whosshin'

No belchin', no other rude noises.

No smoke leaking from the door.

Just some nice smoke emanating from the top hole.

I just hate it when things smooth with no problems to solve ... so far I have absolutely nothing to fuss about ... and that sucks! >:(

I'm going to put it through it's paces in the morning. Got some Country Style Ribs all rubbed down and sitting in the refrigerator.
