1st smoked tenderloin on new 3D
« on: August 11, 2019, 02:18:38 PM »
So last night i did my 1st smoke on my new 3D.  Used my plan recipe of coating with olive oil then dusting with garlic powder, cavenders greek seasoning and cayenne pepper.  No digital scale yet but used 2 blocks that came with the grill in foil boats.  At 225F it took 1 1/2 hours to get to 145F them did a quick sear on charcoal grill.  Turned.out great.

Looks awesome, need to smoke a pork tenderloin. Highly recommend a digital scale.
