Brown Sugar Pork Rub

Brown Sugar Pork Rub   
   
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup turbinado sugar
3 tbsp kosher salt
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp ground cumin
   
Coat pork butt in yellow table mustard or molasses.  Apply rub liberally.  Can be refrigerated overnight.
