Food truck use?
« on: June 04, 2020, 05:34:53 PM »
Curious to know if anyone has used the SI in a food truck set up?  Wondering if the NSF certification would make it suitable for indoor commercial use with a venting hood?  Any input from folks with experience doing so would be appreciated!  Many thanks...Jimeo

That idea has been brought up before.   Can't remember if any one actually made it work.  Try the search feature for 'food truck'.

I would check your particular states food truck licensing requirements. Depending on what you’re doing, it could be an option. Best of luck

We have many restaurants using the smokers indoors with a hood.  I believe there is a couple of them using them in food trucks as well.  We did the NSF for the restaurants and food trucks.

Thanks,
