Hi all. I'm Cheryl from Georgia. I found out about Smokin-It from one of my pals over at Smoked-Meat.com and thought I would check it out. I will be very honest and tell you I have not had good luck with electric smokers. I've had two different brands, one used chips the other used pellets. BOTH of them have serious issues with temperature control. I will not use either of them again. So, I'm in the market for a new one. I'm an avid smoker. I currently own a Meadow Creek, Primo XL and several Webers. My main reason for an electric smoker is for my charcuterie projects.
