DUCK FAT SPRAY!!!

Ive been hearing about this stuff around town and decided to try it out. I got mine at the local Hyvee grocery store but they have it at walmart now too. Its amazing, ive used it on chicken breast, vegetables, breakfast potatoes, and now i used it instead of mustard for my ribs. Ill let you know how it turns out.

Made some adjustments to my temp. But they were the best ribs ive ever smoked. Cant say for sure it was the duckfat but i think it helped. Try it out

And I thought (?hoped?) you were talking perfume.   

Once upon a time, they had duck hind-quarters on sale and I bought several pounds and confitted them, I had to use some lard as I didn’t have enough duck fat to start with.  But that stuff was amazing on anything, and the duck/lard made potatoes that were indescribable.  The confit was delicious on homemade pizza, too.

I’ll have to stop by the local Wal-mart.
