Good morning from the Canada Border.
« on: May 19, 2019, 11:51:19 AM »
Good morning.  I live on the Canada border but in MN.  I have a pellet smoker, and a gas grill but have been looking at Smokin-it for a few years.  I just retired so the wife said go ahead an buy it.  That means more meals that I will be cooking so she likes that.  I have had my #2 for a couple of months now and really like it.  Threw my old frig smoker away.  Have been a wrapper with ribs but did some with and some without.  Seems like I go back and forth with them.  Today I am going to do a couple of fatties with a bacon weave.  Have done them before but not on the #2.  Will follow what I read on here and go at 225 until 170 inside and maybe do the grill to finish the bacon.  Sorry I forgot who posted it but thanks.
