Hey everyone. I’m Mike from Northern MN. After months of agonizing over what kind of smoker to buy I finally purchased a #3 this morning. Browsing the forum really helped me make my final decision. Can’t wait to test it out.  See you all around. Cheers!

Hello Everyone,
This is Jon from East Tennessee. After comparing the most popular electric smokers out there I chose the S.I. # 1 based on it's outstanding reviews. This little smoker is solidly built and should last a long time . I am very well pleased with the results.

I did some baby backs but unfortunately forgot to take a picture upon completion. Full disclosure I’m a lot Irish so the holiday may have played a roll in forgetting to do that. Here’s a pic of the little bit of leftovers! 😂 #3 worked as advertised....very happy with it. Cheers!
