Hi Everyone,
My name is Ken and I bought a model 1 this fall.  I live In Shoreline WA just north of Seattle.  I'm a long time griller currently using a Webber 22 inch kettle and a Weber Genesis 3.  Having recently retired I was looking for some variety and bumped into this site and liked everything that I saw.  The quality of these units sealed the deal for me.  The model 1 cooks more food than we can eat so its the perfect size.  I made my first post last week to brag about my best effort to date, smoked steelhead.  It's a learning process and I'm having fun. Today I'm going to smoke some brats.

 Welcome aboard Ken.  I read your steelhead smoke post with great interest and will have to give that a try. Costco sells steelhead here in South Florida at times.
