Greetings from Pine, La.!
47 y.o. father of 5, helicopter mechanic overseas.
Got me a 3D wifi a week or so ago after using propane and offset stick burner for the last 8 or so years.  Decided to jump in head first with a brisket. More than happy with the outcome, but will be discussing it more in the beef section.
Glad to be part of this group and looking forward to more Q-talk.

Welcome.  Love my 3D WIFI.  I have a couple of fellow smokers with Big Green Eggs and stick pellet smokers that are truly envious now.  so easy.  In fact I have 2 butts in right now for family get together tonight.
