Sous Vide Smoked Chuck Roast

That sounds awesome!

I have seen some other posts saying that they did similar cooks and I have been meaning to do the same thing, but keep forgetting to try it. So thank you for the reminder.

This is a great way to SVQ a chuckie. I’ve done a few this way, as well as at a lower temp for longer time. A medium rare to medium temp or 72 hours, but this was sliced, not pulled like what you did.

Love a SVQ chuckie pulled!

This seems to me not greatly different to a reverse seared steak. Which is the best steak I have ever tasted. Just a thought.
