Inagural smoke for my new #3 - Ribs
« on: February 07, 2015, 03:15:51 PM »
Saturday means it is time to smoke some meat for the first time in my new #3. It is all seasoned up and ready for some meat. I have found a nice 3 pack of St. Louis spare ribs from Costco to put in there for tonights dinner. I have 3 oz of apple wood in the box and set at 225 degrees. I sure hope it turns out.

Here they are sitting in the smoker waiting for me to apply the heat.
